Lead Tags in Mass Email/SMS


Here we will discuss the “Lead Tags” feature in the mass SMS/email section.

Previously we could filter out the lead status while creating a mass SMS/email.

But now, we have a new feature where we can filter out the lead tags too and can send mass SMS/emails to the leads under any specific lead tag or multiple lead tags according to our choice.

STEP – 1

Let’s start with creating a mass email/SMS trigger.

Click on the “Mass Email and SMS” submenu under “Marketing”.

There click on the “Create Mass Email and SMS” section as shown below.




STEP – 2

Then the mass email/SMS trigger page will open up and there first we need to give a name of that trigger and then click on “Next”.

After that click on the “Lead” module and click on Next.

Then in the “Action” section, select the lead status according to your choice.

Below the lead status, will find the “Lead Tag”.

Choose your preferable lead tag and click on “Next”.

After that click on either SMS or email. You will be able to see the count of the respective SMSs or emails.

 

After that, click “Next”.

There, set the time when you want the mass email/SMS to send.

 

At last, click on submit.
